Returning your purchase is easy. First, ensure that your product(s) are eligible for return and you are within the 30 day eligibility period. If you have a HockeyShot account or created one when you checked out, login to your account and select the order you’d like to initiate a return for. From here you can select the Return option to begin the Return process. Customers who checked out as a Guest should visit the HockeyShot Return Portal to initiate a return.
Orders being returned within the US or Canada are done via our automated online Return Center, using the email address the order was placed under and the order number included on your order confirmation email.
If the item(s) you wish to return arrived in only one box, please continue using our Return Center to generate a return shipping label.
If the item(s) you wish to return arrived in more than one box or carton, please contact Customer Experience for assistance as multiple return shipping labels are required.
Once you have entered the portal, click on the item(s) that you wish to return. Please select a reason for the return and provide any additional feedback you may have. If applicable, enter the quantity of the item you wish to return.
If you are not able to click on an item, it is not eligible for a return. If you are initiating a return outside of the regular return period, for warranty issues as an example, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
After the return is submitted, print the shipping label(s) and packing slip. Place your item(s) and the packing slip inside the original box/container your item(s)came in. Mark out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside. Drop off at your nearest UPS location or FedEx location.
Once the package is received back to our warehouse, a refund for the returned item(s) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Returning your purchase is easy. First, ensure that your product(s) are eligible for return and you are within the 30 day eligibility period. Once you have confirmed this, reach out directly to our Customer Experience Team with your HockeyShot Order #, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will reach out shortly afterwards to initiate the return process with you.
